Perched atop The Palm Tower on the 52nd and 54th floors, The View at The Palm offers unparalleled vistas of the Palm Jumeirah and its 16 fronds, trunk, and crescent. At over 240 meters high, it provides sweeping views of Dubai’s modern skyline and the Arabian Gulf.

Begin your visit at Nakheel Mall’s roof plaza, which features a museum and gallery detailing the Palm Jumeirah’s design and development. This roof plaza also holds a café and a gift shop. Now as you proceed to the elevator, you can look forward to an exciting ride which takes you up to the observation deck in three minutes. Offering a floor-to-ceiling digital experience, this elevator ride itself is one of the main attractions of your visit to The View.

Once inside the observatory at The Palm Tower, be ready to treat yourself with the panoramic 360 degree views of the Palm Jumeirah and its eclectic environs, with both enclosed and open-air sections. Enjoy a relaxed seating in the enclosed area or capture stunning photos from the open platform.

• Mon to Sun: 9am - 8:30pm (Last admission at 7:30pm)

• Children below the age of 4 years can enter for free.

• Non-prime hours will be from 9:00am to 4:00pm, 7:00pm - 7:30pm.

• Prime hours will be from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the Ticket. Late comers will not be admitted.

By Monorail:

• The closest monorail station is Nakheel Mall Monorail Station. It is a quick 1-minute walk to the attraction.

By Metro:

• The closest metro station is Dubai Internet City Metro Station. It is a 6-minute taxi to the attraction. Board line MRed to get here.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station bus stop. It is a 7-minute taxi ride to the attraction.

• Board buses 8 or N55 to get here.

• A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this activity.

• The View at The Palm is directly connected to Nakheel Mall Rooftop, level 2.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.

• No food or beverages are allowed at The View.

• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

• The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.

• All visitors must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff at the venue. 

• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
