The National Aquarium in Abu Dhabi offers a grand, immersive experience, housing over 35,000 aquatic creatures from more than 300 species, including fish, birds, amphibians, arachnids, and reptiles. It is a key component of Al Qana, aligning with Abu Dhabi’s Vision 2030.
The aquarium is organized into 10 distinct themed zones, each showcasing a diverse array of ecosystems and rare species. Visitors can explore marine life from regions such as the Arabian Gulf, the Red Sea, the Amazon, the Pacific, the Mediterranean, and the Arctic.
Ethically sourced, the aquarium features the world’s largest underwater tunnel, enhancing the visitor experience with panoramic views. Dedicated to conservation and education, the aquarium hosts engaging shows, 60 educational exhibits, and interactive live-feeding sessions, all aimed at fostering awareness and appreciation for marine life.
