The Lost Chambers Aquarium welcomes approximately 3,000 guests per week and has 21 exhibits. The naughtiest fish in The Lost Chambers are the blue damsels – they are very territorial, and if any other fish comes too close, they will launch and nip at the invader of their personal space.

Ambassador Lagoon

The Ambassador Lagoon is an 11 million liter, 10-meter-deep, marine habitat and underwater exhibit home to 250 species of marine life and 65,000 marine animals, with a viewing panel looking directly into the mystical ruins of Atlantis. The viewing pane at the lagoon is 10m long and 70 cm thick, giving guests stunning access to the underwater world. This habitat focuses on marine life found in the local waters of the Arabian Gulf, including golden trevally, cobias, crescent angelfish and a variety of sharks and rays. Here, guests can watch the sea life peacefully while learning about fish species and ocean preservation.

Once inside the aquarium, you’ll be in absolute awe with the string of intricate chambers and tunnels that surround you. Take in the astonishing beauty of the underwater world as you explore 21 diverse marine exhibits on display here. See rays, eels, jellyfish, sharks, seahorses, piranhas, and Arapaima – the biggest freshwater fish, apart from several rare species like albino alligators. To feel aquatic specialties like starfish, stop at its Touch Tank. The Top 3 favorite exhibits are the seahorses, clownfish and jellyfish.

• The closest metro station is Al Khail Metro Station on the #MRed line. From there take a 18 minute taxi ride to reach the attraction.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Palm Jumeirah Monorail station. From there take a 14 minute taxi ride or take the Monorail to reach the attraction.

• Board buses 8 or N55 to get here.

By Monorail:

• The closest monorail station is Palm Atlantis Monorail station. It is a 15-min walk to the attraction.

• Guests under 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult for The Lost Chambers Aquarium admission.
