Sky View Observatory

Located atop the Address Sky View Hotel, the Observatory offers breathtaking 360° views from 219.5 meters above Downtown Dubai. Enjoy a panoramic glass elevator ride and walk across a 46-meter glass floor connecting the twin towers.

Edge Walk

Experience the thrill of the region’s highest hands-free walk on a ledge encircling the tower's top, 219.5 meters above the ground. This heart-pounding adventure takes you along the building’s exterior with nothing but the sky between you and the city below.

Location: Address Sky View - Emaar Square Area - Downtown - Dubai

Operating Hours: Daily: 10am to 9pm (Last admission at 8:30pm)

Approximate Duration: 90 minutes

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction. Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.

• Age criteria: Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible.

• Weight criteria: Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kg will be allowed.

• Height criteria: Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.

• Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.

By Metro:

• The closest Metro station is Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station. It is a quick 6-min walk to the attraction. Board line MRed to get here.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1. It is a quick 6-min walk to the attraction.

• Board buses 30, D03, D03A, or F13 to get here.

• Sky Views can be accessed via “The Address Sky View Tower 1, Level 1”, next to the residence entrance, or through “The Dubai Mall metro link” to the main entrance of Sky Views on Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

• It is mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.

• Wearing the Edge Walk overall is a must to ensure the safety of all guests.

• You are required to wear modest, comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops or loose footwear.

• It is strictly advised to not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).

• This activity is not for pregnant ladies or those individuals with medical conditions that require immediate attention.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.

• Edge Walk Experience can be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without any prior notice.
