In Arctic realm, witness the cold beauty of the Arctic ecosystem, and in Antarctic realm observe the land of penguins in a real 1°C setting.

By Car:

• Book a car ride with us for a hustle free transportation from Dubai.

By Bus:

• Take Yas Express shuttle bus service from Dubai for free. Please check the schedule here. (Service will be unavailable from 5th to 8th December and will resume on 9th December.)

• This bus service is complimentary, but guests are required to present their E-tickets or Vouchers to any of Yas theme parks to board the bus.

• Shuttle buses operate on the first come first serve basis, no prior reservation is required.

• Free WIFI is available on the buses.

• The ticket is valid only for the specified date and during regular park hours; it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and does not grant access for special events or other parks.

• Operating hours are subject to change; please confirm with us on your visit day.

• Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket.

• Kindly dress up in line with the local customs.

• Some areas of the park feature tropical temperatures, so it's recommended to dress in layers or bring a jacket to stay comfortable throughout your visit.

• You must comply with ride rules and follow instructions in the Park.

• Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides.

• Certain animals, rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit, and we are not responsible for any disruptions.

• ATMs, prayer rooms, baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.

• Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available at extra charges at the venue itself.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park, but restaurants are available to satisfy your appetite.

• It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

• You may carry sunscreen, and wear goggles, hats or caps, especially in summer.

• People of determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides, attractions or experiences.

• Pets are not allowed on this experience.
