By Car:

• This ticket includes a convenient pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation to the Desert.

• Please enter your pickup address on the checkout page and ensure you're waiting at the reception well before your scheduled pickup time, as the driver can not wait if you are not ready on time. The ticket cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Please note that the child below 21 can enjoy the desert safari only and are not allowed for Shisha.

• It is advised to wear lightweight clothing during summers. Bring along sunglasses, sunscreen & a hat during summers and a jacket during winters.

• It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any sickness during dune bashing.

• The dune bashing experience is not suitable for: children aged 3 and under, pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with back and heart problems, and people with pre-existing medical conditions.

• Some entertainment shows may not be available during national holidays and Islamic occasions.

• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.

• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.

• The pick-up/drop-off timing may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
