• Guests need to compulsory carry a Hard copy of Passport for Helicopter ride. No soft copies are accepted. If they don't follow the same, it will be considered a NO Show!

• Children below 2 years are not allowed on the flight.

• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this may have to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate their weight. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required.

• Please ensure that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.

Getting There:

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Cruise Terminal. It is a quick 1-minute walk to the attraction.

• Board buses 9 or 44 to get here.

• Original Passports (hardcopy) are mandatory for check-in, as is a disclaimer that has to be signed by the passengers.

• This tour can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers and the pilot.

• It is mandatory for women up to 32 weeks pregnant to provide a doctor's certificate allowing them to fly.

• Guests weighing more than 100 Kg need to purchase an additional seat in cash.

• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. Below 5000 mt of visibility, the helicopters are not allowed to fly.

• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.

• The timings are subject to change. Please check the calendar to see the timings on your intended day of visit.

• I-pads, selfie sticks, professional cameras, and Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed to be brought onboard during a ride.

• This experience is restricted for those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

• Passengers are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear. Large pieces of jewels are not allowed onboard the aircraft.

• Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
