• Late arrivals will be moved to another tour, subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

By Metro:

• The closest metro station is Mall of the Emirates. A short taxi ride to Jumeirah Beach Hotel will take you to the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket lounge. Board MRed line to get here.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Wild Wadi 1. It is a quick 2-minute walk to the meeting point.

• Board buses 8, 81, or X28 to get here.

• Dress Code: Burj Al Arab is the original home of luxury, so dress to impress! Smart/casual attire is permitted. Knee length shorts are allowed for Males and Females.

• No Beachwear.

• Guests are requested to report at the Jumeirah beach hotel where the team will assist them for the guided tour followed by meal or beverages as chosen.

• Flash photography, professional cameras and photography is not allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab.

• Guests aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above.

• A Kids Club facility is available for children from the age of 2, with professional carers and childcare facilities.
