• Doors open at 9:30 @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

• Late arrivals will be moved to another tour, subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

• Group size is restricted to a maximum of 26 guests.

By Metro:

• The closest metro station is Mall of the Emirates. A short taxi ride to Jumeirah Beach Hotel will take you to the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket lounge. Board MRed line to get here.

By Bus:

• The closest bus stop is Wild Wadi 1. It is a quick 2-minute walk to the meeting point.

• Board buses 8, 81, or X28 to get here.

• Dress Code: Burj Al Arab is the original home of luxury, so dress to impress! Smart/casual attire is permitted. Knee length shorts are allowed for Males and Females.

• Beachwear, shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.

• Guests are requested to report at the Jumeirah beach hotel where the team will assist them for the guided tour followed by meal or beverages as chosen.

• Flash photography, professional cameras, and photography are not allowed in the main lobby, Atrium, or first floor.

• A Kids Club facility is available for children under the age of 4, with professional carers and childcare facilities.
