• For safety reasons, children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for the safety of their children.

• All animal-related activities are subject to availability and will be conducted based on the health and physical condition of the animals.

• Please refrain from wearing high heels, flip flops, or open-toe shoes during the activities.

• Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from sun exposure. We also recommend the use of sunglasses, hats or caps for your safety.

• Keep hydrated throughout your visit by drinking plenty of water and fluids.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.

• Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park. 

• Pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor before and after the activity.

• Pets are strictly prohibited within the zoo premises for safety purposes.
