Escape the desert heat and immerse yourself in the Chillout Lounge, the Middle East’s pioneering ice lounge, where you can experience a world of ice sculptures, ice seating, and sub-zero temperatures. Upon arrival, you'll be provided with thermal clothing—including a jacket, hat, woolen gloves, and thermal shoes—to keep you warm. Before stepping into the -6°C dining area, you'll spend a few minutes in a buffer zone at 5°C, allowing your body to adjust.
During your hour-long visit, marvel at the fusion of refrigeration, lighting, and architecture that defines this unique venue. Chillout Lounge is a stunning combination of ice, glass, and steel, enhanced by changing diffused lighting that creates captivating hues and patterns through crystal-clear ice blocks.

Getting There:
By Metro:
The closest metro station is Equiti Metro Station. It is a 5-minute taxi ride to the attraction. Board line MRed to get here.
By Bus:
The closest bus stop is Al Quoz, Nabooda Cars 1, Al Quoz 3 bus stop. It is an 8-minute walk to the attraction.
Board buses 12 or F26 to get here.
It is recommended that you do not take infants below 1 year of age inside the lounge (although this is at the parent's discretion).
Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
Thermal clothing will be provided for all guests. It is recommended that you wear clothing covering your legs as thermal trousers are not provided. The lounge also has a buffer zone where guests are advised to spend 2-3 minutes acclimatizing their bodies to the sub-zero temperature inside the lounge.
Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
